That’s right, while owner and founder, Daren Langhorne, got his start in home improvement, he then trotted off to spend 15-plus years learning the in’s and out’s of client services for Fortune 500 companies. What he learned was that service is Priority 1 – shoddy service leads to unhappy clients who won’t refer you to others. That leads to unhappy shareholders and, well, you can imagine the rest.
